A Yin Yoga class will focus on poses that safely stress our connective tissues, it is done mostly laying on the ground, and poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. The class includes guided meditation as well as silence. Don't let Yin fool you, although it may sound like a nap in the park. This practice is intended to compliment a busy lifestyle as it challenges and nurtures you towards harmony and health.
